For skin (obviously) to keep the wrinkles at bay. This is the blue one, usually for acne breakouts. After menopause the skin goes through some pretty weird stuff which you'd thought had finished years ago, but ohhh noooo :(...I believe the blue kills bacteria. But if you know more then prey...

I've just joined this site. I'm living in Aberdeen, Scotland (for my sins). Time right now is 19.15 and outside looks more like a miserable rainy eveving in November. But then again it is Aberdeen ...so hey ho, I'm all cosy, cosy inside and wondering what to watch - a period drama me thinks...
